Abhishek was earlier engaged to Karisma Kapoor. However, they called it off in 2003. It is said that Aishwarya and Abhishek fell in love while shooting for ‘Guru’ in 2007. The couple got married the same year in April according to traditional Hindu rituals. They welcomed a daughter November 2011 and she was named Aaradhya.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh:
Their crackling chemistry is not evident on-screen but off-screen too, isn’t it? The couple began dating while they were working together on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram-Leela’. Though they have not clean on their relationship yet, they have often been spotted together on vacations and even travel miles to see on each other on their shoots. If this is not love, then what is?
Kiran Rao and Aamir Khan:
Aamir Khan was married to Reena Dutta before he got involved with Kiran. Aamir and Reena divorced in 2002. He met Kiran while working on Ashutosh Gowariker’s ‘Lagaan’. They began dating each other in 2004 and tied the knot in 2005. They together have a son Azad Rao Khan, who came to the world in 2011.
Twinkle Khanna and Akshay Kumar:
Before Twinkle, Akshay was rumoured to be dating actresses like Raveena Tandon and SHilpa Shetty. But when they met, they knew they were made for each other. Akshay and Twinkle finally tied the knot in 2001. The couple is now proud parents of two kids – Aarav and Nitara.
Saira Banu and Dilip Kumar:
Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu tied the knot in October 11, 1966. While the actor was 44 at the time, she was 22. Their marriage has gone through some tough times, but has still managed to retain the love and togetherness. In the 48 years of their marriage, the two have been together with each other in thick and thin.
Jaya Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan:

Madhuri Dixit and Sriram Nene:
Madhuri met Ram on the request of her brother. The couple tied the knot in 1999 and are proud parents of two sons Arin and Rayaan. After their marriage, the actress moved to Denver with her hubby. In an interview Madhuri had said that she is not a great cook, but her husband is and that was one of the reasons to marry him.
Sunita Kapoor and Anil Kapoor:
Their love story is like that of a Bollywood film. Sunita was a working women and Anil was still looking for work. They were in a relationship for 10 years before they finally tied the knot. In an interview Anil had said that he was delaying marrying and it was only after he signed for ‘Meri Jung’ that he proposed to her. Anil and Sunita tied the knot in 1984 and have three children – Sonam Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor.
Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh:
Genelia and Riteish were in a relationship for over a decade before they tied the knot in 2012. It is said that the couple fell in love while working on their 2003 film ‘Tujhe Meri Kasam’. The couple got married on February 4, 2012. They welcomed their first child, a son, on November 25, 2014. They named him Riaan.
Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan:
Kareena and Saif have been one of the most talked about couples of the industry. The couple started dating post Kareena’s break-up with Shahid Kapoor. Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor:
They were very good friends and featured in a lot of movies together. It was only when Rishi went to shoot for ‘Barood’ in Paris that he started missing Neetu. They began dating after that, however, the actor made it clear that he will not marry her. And because marriages are made in heaven, they tied the knot in 1980 after dating for five years. They together have two children – Ranbir and Riddhima.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli:
They secretly dated each other for quite some time. But it was only recently that they came clean on their relationship. Though they have not said anything about their relationship, they are no more media shy. Anushka even went to Australia to ring in the New Year with her beau.
